This letter ? to Jonathan C. Jacob, Esq., Director Superintendent asking for information to complete the "Injured & Killed" report. I have transcribed the letter the best I can.

This is an engraving on the letter of the Great Central Union Depot in Chicago Illinois. You can actually read the sign on the building

I tried to transcribe the letter the best I could. Some of people injured were John Colwell & John Palmer, John Doyle. It mentions on the 30th a man that was killed as Unknown. Just interesting reading.
